Telehealth Services

Services are available to deliver our Behavioral Health Services safely, during COVID-19, over the phone or video chat. Office visits are available and practicing the CDC guidelines.

Psychiatric Services

Board Certified Psychiatrist provide evaluations, psychotherapy and medication management to participants in our outpatient and community support programs.

Therapy Services

Offered to children, teens and adults who are experiencing mental health problems or serious emotional disturbances. Services include individual, family and/or group therapy.

Targeted Case Management

Offered to children, teens and adults to meet their individual needs such as supportive counseling, planning, advocacy, linkage of community resources and collaboration of community activities.

Substance Abuse Prevention & Counseling

Offered to children, teens and adults. Provide Individual, Family and Group Counseling in the office and in the community.

Psychosocial Rehabilitation

Adult rehabilitative and counseling program (group setting) that prepares individuals for greater levels of independent living and appropriate functioning.

Biopsychosocial Assessments

We look at the interaction between the person’s genetic makeup, mental health and personality and their social environment to develop an age - appropriate biopsychosocial evaluation of the presenting problem(s) to determine the need and level of service.

Intensive On-Site Therapy

Provided in the child’s natural environment,

Supported Housing

Independent living apartments for persons diagnosed with a mental illness. Rent is subsidized by HUD Section 811 fund reserves.

SOAR

SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR). We provide assistance in navigating the application process to increase access to Social Security Administration (SSA) disability benefits for eligible individuals who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and have a mental illness, medical impairment and/or a co-occurring substance use disorder.

Trauma Crisis SUPPORT Hotline & Mobile Team

Our FREE Hotline offers screenings and crisis intervention by phone or in person to Children, Teens, Adults, Seniors, Veterans and Disabled. When an 'in-person' response is needed, we arrive within 60 minutes to support individuals of ll ages. We deescalate crises, assess care needs, provide alternatives to hospitalization, and / or coordinate services.
