Auxiliary Aids & Services for Persons with Disabilities

Northwest Behavioral Health Services, Inc. will take appropriate steps to ensure that persons with disabilities, including persons who are deaf, hard of hearing, or blind, or who have other sensory or manual impairments have an equal opportunity to participate in our services, activities, programs and other benefits.

HIPAA

Northwest Behavioral Health Services strives to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all protected health information by taking reasonable and appropriate steps to address the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). It's the policy of NWBH to provide guidelines for HIPPA compliance with the intent to assure the portability of health insurance, decrease health care fraud and abuse, improve efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare, enforce standards, and guarantee security and privacy of patient identifiable information.
