Services are available to deliver our Behavioral Health Services safely, during COVID-19, over the phone or video chat. Office visits are available and practicing the CDC guidelines.

Telehealth Services

Board Certified Psychiatrist provide evaluations, psychotherapy and medication management to participants in our outpatient and community support programs.

Psychiatric Services

Offered to children, teens and adults who are experiencing mental health problems or serious emotional disturbances. Services include individual, family and/or group therapy.

Therapy Services

Offered to children, teens and adults to meet their individual needs such as supportive counseling, planning, advocacy, linkage of community resources and collaboration of community activities.

Targeted Case Management

Offered to children, teens and adults. Provide Individual, Family and Group Counseling in the office and in the community.

Substance Abuse Prevention & Counseling

Adult rehabilitative and counseling program (group setting) that prepares individuals for greater levels of independent living and appropriate functioning.

Psychosocial Rehabilitation

We look at the interaction between the person’s genetic makeup, mental health and personality and their social environment to develop an age - appropriate biopsychosocial evaluation of the presenting problem(s) to determine the need and level of service.

Biopsychosocial Assessments

Provided in the child’s natural environment,

these services for children and adolescents focus on:

  • Behavior strategies

  • Functional deficits

  • Personal and Community adjustment 

Intensive On-Site Therapy

Independent living apartments for persons diagnosed with a mental illness. Rent is subsidized by HUD Section 811 fund reserves.

Supported Housing

SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR). We provide assistance in navigating the application process to increase access to Social Security Administration (SSA) disability benefits for eligible individuals who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and have a mental illness, medical impairment and/or a co-occurring substance use disorder.

Our HOTLINE Service is dedicated and responds to the Community within 60 minutes. Our Trauma Responders provide screenings and crisis intervention services on the phone and/or face-to-face consultations to children and teens and their families. The goal is to de-escalate a crisis, determine the level of care necessary to meet the individual immediate needs, develop alternatives to involuntary hospitalization and coordinate needed services.

Our 24/7 On-Call and Face to Face Service is dedicated and responds to the Jacksonville Sheriff Office (JSO) within 60 minutes to an Incident (On-Scene). Our Trauma Responders provide immediate, short-term crisis counseling and stabilization to children and teens and their families who just witnessed a traumatic event.
