Supported Living for Persons With Disabilities
The agency supports affordable and equal housing opportunities through the Northwest Housing Initiative Program, funded by the Federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD ). The Enclaves is an independent living environment of single unit apartments located at 2250 Jammes Road, Jacksonville, Florida. Units are available for rent to qualified applicants. Individuals must meet HUD eligibility certification.
